Hi Mr. Lopez and students.
I just wanted to drop a note here about your class blog. I think it's great. Everyone's comments are so interesting. I wish I had the chance to do this in school.
The Gospel According to Larry isn't my favorite book of all time, but I think it's important to read books in high school that are about teenagers standing up for things they believe in. That's why I like. We don't see that often on TV or in the movies. It makes people think kids don't care about anything. But they do. Kids are always standing up for what they believe in.
Here's a movie some of my students made about standing up for what they believed in. I wonder what you think about it.
Keep up the good work.
Mr. Cercone.
