i really liked the empowerment workshops.....i talked about things that i would never tell anyone or talk about to anyone like besides the people that were with me at the moment that these things happened were the only people that knew any of this but dont get me wrong i didnt talk about everything and not the entire story but im sorry if you werent there then idk what to tell you because the things that i was talking about make me very upset and i dont like to talk about. so im sorry that i wont get into detail about this.
